Criminal proceedings. Uniform Firearms Act violation. Before GAFNI, J. No. 1135 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, No. Misc. 79-00-3248 and MC78-10-2309. Submitted December 5, 1980.
