Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny and conspiracy. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 745, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1973, Nos. 763 and 1009. Submitted September 8, 1975.
