Indictments charging defendant with arson, firing personal property, assault and battery, indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, assault and battery with intent to maim and assault and battery with intent to murder. Before MALMED, J. Appeal, No. 1795, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1972, Nos. 1323, 1324, 1327, and 1329. Submitted June 18, 1974.
