Before WHERRY, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 353 and 354, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Dec. T., 1971, Nos. 612 and 613. Submitted March 19, 1973.
