Indictments charging defendant with criminal attempt and aggravated assault. Before HESS, J. Verdict of guilty of simple assault and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 441, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 76051601. Submitted June 13, 1977.
