Indictment charging defendant with possession of instruments of crime generally, simple assault, aggravated assault, burglary and theft. Before CAIN, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 912, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1976, Nos. 1221, 1222, and 1223. Submitted September 12, 1977.
