Indictments charging defendant with kidnapping, conspiracy, felonious restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Before CATANIA, P.J. Verdict of not guilty of kidnapping and conspiracy and guilty of remaining charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1883, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1975, Nos. 244, 246, 248, and 249. Submitted September 13, 1976.
