Indictments charging defendant with malicious use of the telephone and blackmail. Before VOGEL, J. Appeal, No. 896, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Jan. T., 1972, No. 322, and Nos. 527 and 528 of 1972. Argued December 12, 1975.
