Indictment charging defendant with assault with intent to rob, robbing by menace, assault with intent to commit armed robbery, and assault with accomplice with intent to commit robbery. Before LYON, J. Appeal, No. 321, April T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Lawrence County, Sept. T., 1968, Nos. 56 and 13. Argued November 12, 1969.
