Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before DURHAM, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1736, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1974, Nos. 1146 and 1147. Argued December 15, 1975.

Ronald Ervais, with him Becker, Fryman Ervais, for appellant; Mark Zecca and Mark Sendrow, Assistant District Attorneys, and F. Emmett Fitzpatrick, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
