Indictment charging defendant with receiving stolen property, cheating by fraudulent pretenses, and sale of a motor vehicle with defaced serial number. Before McCUNE, J. Appeal, No. 37, April T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Washington County, May T., 1968, Nos. 82 and 88. Argued April 13, 1972.
