Indictments charging defendant with robbery, aggravated assault and weapons offenses. Before BULLOCK, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 691, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, Nos. 1056, 1059, 1060, 1062, and 1064. Argued September 16, 1976.
