Indictments charging defendant with robbery, possessing instruments of crime and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Before RIBNER, J. Verdict of guilty on all indictments and defendant's motion for new trial granted. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 1752, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1974, Nos. 137, 138, and 139. Submitted September 13, 1976.
