AND NOW, this 18th day of July, 2013, upon consideration of the Jurisdictional Statement, and answer thereto filed on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection, it is hereby ordered that the Notice of Appeal is quashed, and the matter is transferred to the Allocatur Docket to permit appellants to file a petition for allowance of appeal. Any such petition will be due within thirty days of the date of this order.
