Appeal, No. 35, March T., 1968, from judgment of Court of Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Delivery of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1966, No. 31, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Fred Tedders, Jr. Judgment affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before LEWIS, J.

Verdict of murder in first degree and penalty fixed at life imprisonment; defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
