Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, burglary, aggravated robbery, attempt with intent to murder, receiving stolen goods, and resisting arrest. Before SPAETH, JR., J. Appeals, Nos. 1270 to 1274, inclusive, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1970, Nos. 659, 661, 662, 663, and 667. Argued: September 20, 1972.
