Indictments charging defendant with receiving stolen property, theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number. Before CARSON, JR., J. Appeal, No. 1132, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1973, Nos. 722, 724, and 725. Submitted June 9, 1975.
