Indictments charging defendant with robbery, attempted kidnapping, simple assault, aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy. Before GUARINO, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1665, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1974, Nos. 1429, 1431, 1432, and 1433. Argued March 16, 1976.
