Indictment charging defendant with aggravated assault and battery and unlawful possession of an instrument of crime. Before BLAKE, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty with commitment under the Mental Health Act. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1416, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1974, Nos. 1731 and 1732. Submitted December 16, 1975.
