Indictments charging defendant with attempted burglary and criminal conspiracy. Before GOODHEART, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 597, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1976, Nos. 0007 and 0008. Argued September 16, 1977.
