Indictments charging defendant with burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Before MUELLER, Jr., J. Verdict of guilty as to theft by unlawful taking and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 587, October T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 2263 of 1978. Submitted December 8, 1978.
