Appeal, No. 9, March T., 1972, from order of Superior Court, April T., 1970, No. 422, affirming order and judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 522 of 1969, and No. 47 of 1970, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. James Francis Sullivan alias James Sullivan. Appeal dismissed.
Same case in Superior Court: 218 Pa. Super. 733.
Indictments charging defendant with burglary and larceny. Before MUNSON, J., without a jury.
Verdict of guilty of burglary and larceny and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
