Criminal proceedings. Robbery, rape, criminal attempt to commit kidnapping, felonious restraint, terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before STRANAHAN, J. No. 1090 Apr. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Criminal Division, No. 158 of 1979. Argued November 10, 1980.
