Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy and weapons offenses. Before GUARINO, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2063, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1975, Nos. 1737 to 1740, inclusive. Submitted March 24, 1977.
