Indictments charging defendant with drawing and uttering a forged instrument, cheating by false pretenses and receiving stolen goods. Before BECKERT, J. Appeal, No. 1729, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 55 of 1973. Argued December 10, 1975.
