Indictment charging defendant with robbery, possession of an instrument of crime, carrying an unlicensed firearm and conspiracy. Before DiBONA, Jr., J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of conspiracy and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1217, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1975, Nos. 1169 to 1172, inclusive. Submitted March 21, 1977.
