Criminal proceedings. Violations of the controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetic act and receiving stolen property, viz., automobile inspection labels. Defendant's motion to dismiss charges asserting double jeopardy denied. Before MIHALICH, J. No. 842 Apr. T., 1979. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1979, Nos. 87 and 89.
