Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession of marijuana. Before RUFE, III, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 306, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 482 of 1974. Argued March 18, 1976.
