Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before APPEL, J. Appeal, No. 847, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 514 of 1970. Argued March 20, 1972.
