Indictments charging defendant with sodomy, corrupting the morals of a minor, and related offenses. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 6, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1969, Nos. 124 and 598. Submitted April 14, 1971.
