Criminal proceedings. Theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Before MORGAN, J. No. 134 Harrisburg 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, No. 474 CD of 1979. Argued September 21, 1981.
