Indictments charging defendant with attempted murder, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats. Before BECKERT, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1703, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 74-2331. Argued December 9, 1975.
