Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft of moveable property, making terroristic threats and possession of an offensive weapon. Before TREDINNICK, J. Verdict of not guilty directed to charge of possession of an offensive weapon and verdict of guilty of all other charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 224, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1975, No. 1554, and C.A. Nos. 1554, 1554.1, and 1554.2. Submitted June 22, 1976.
