Indictment charging defendant with accessory before the fact of burglary, accessory before the fact of robbery and conspiracy. Before BERTOLET, J. Verdict of guilty on indictment and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 101, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 757 of 1973. Argued December 6, 1976.
