Indictments charging defendant with default in required appearance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Before CLARKE, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 38 and 75, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7500228A and CC7500214A. Submitted April 20, 1976.
