Criminal proceedings. Attempted murder, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, possessing an instrument of crime, carrying a firearm on public streets and carrying a firearm without a license. Before HILL, J. No. 917 Philadelphia 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, Nos. 1172/1176, Aug. T., 1980. Argued October 27, 1982.
