Indictments charging defendant with theft by receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of an automobile. Before RICHARD KLEIN, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2188, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, January T., 1976, Nos. 757 and 758. Submitted September 15, 1978.
