Indictment charging defendant with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture and deliver a controlled substance and knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance. Before JAMIESON, P.J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 110, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1974, No. 675. Submitted June 16, 1975.
