Indictments charging defendants with assault. Before TERRIZZI, P.J., without a jury. Defendants found guilty of simple assault and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed. Appeals, Nos. 1987, 1988, and 1989, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County, Nos. 134, 136, and 137 of 1975. Submitted March 30, 1977.
