Indictments charging defendant with rape, robbery, weapons offenses and criminal conspiracy. Before PRATTIS, J. Verdict of not guilty of rape and guilty of all other charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 617, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1976, Nos. 258 to 261, inclusive. Submitted September 12, 1977.
