Indictments charging defendant with robbery, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, aggravated assault and simple assault. Before HALBERT, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 126, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1974, No. 83. Submitted June 14, 1976.
