Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery and theft. Before DOWLING, J. Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 117, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 333 to 339, inclusive, 434 and 435 of 1974. Submitted March 1, 1976.
