Indictment charging defendant with statutory rape, incest and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before GATES, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1194, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, No. 230 of 1975. Submitted September 12, 1977.
