Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants. Before SHUGHART, P.J. Verdict of guilty and order entered denying defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1194, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, No. 461 of 1977. Argued September 11, 1978.
