Indictments charging defendant with robbery, aggravated assault, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy and weapons offenses. Before REED, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1434, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1975, No. 2151 A/L. Submitted December 6, 1977.
