Indictments charging defendant with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, receiving stolen property, and escape. Before BROWN, P.J. Defendant pleaded guilty to one count of burglary, receiving stolen property, and escape. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 704, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County, Oct. T., 1977, Nos. 1 and 36. Submitted September 15, 1978.
