Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery with intent to ravish, aggravated assault and battery, attempt with intent to kill, and assault and battery. Before WEIR, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 522, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, May T., 1970, Nos. 3658 and 3659. Argued April 10, 1972.
