Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, carrying a firearm without a license, and sodomy. Before KLEIN, Adm. J. Appeals, Nos. 699 and 700, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1969, Nos. 988 and 992. Argued: December 7, 1970.
