Indictment charging defendant with burglary, receiving stolen goods and disorderly conduct. Before SMITH, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1151, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1973, Nos. 0170 and 1575. Submitted October 8, 1976.
