Robbery, theft by unlawful taking, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and criminal conspiracy. Before SCHMIDT, J. No. 2724 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal-Trial Division, Nos. 1233/1238, Apr. T., 1980.
